The Space:

The master bedroom features a queen bed with a private ensuite, while the second bedroom also offers a comfortable queen bed. An additional shower room and separate toilet provide extra convenience for couples or friends travelling together.
The light-filled open-plan living, dining and kitchen area opens onto two private balconies, where you can soak in sweeping views across Port Campbell Bay and the township. Fire up the BBQ on the deck, enjoy a long lunch, or simply unwind with a glass of wine as the sun sets over the ocean.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare a feast, including a Breville Barista Express coffee machine with freshly supplied coffee beans to start your mornings right. Please note that the loft is located above the popular 12 Rocks Restaurant. During peak periods the restaurant generally closes between 9:30–10:00 pm, and around 8:30 pm during quieter months. While some noise may be heard during trading hours, most guests find it minimal. If you're seeking complete peace and quiet or are particularly sensitive to noise, this property may not be the best fit.
There is no dedicated onsite parking; however, plenty of free, untimed street parking is available just a short walk from the loft.

Our loft is located directly across from the beach with beautiful bay views & located above 12 Rocks cafe & beach bar - some noise can be heard from time to time but generally not an issue.
There is a walking track out to 2 mile bay, access right hand side of the beach over the creek. Beautiful views over the bay, town & right down to the 12 apostles.
There is a display folder in the loft with information on the local area.
