Positive: 1. The breakfast was value for money 2. The hotel is right by the beach 3. The staff provided excellent service 4. The amenities like the spa and children’s activities were first class

Negative: 1. The number/size of the pool(s) was not commensurate to the facility capacity so there was little bit of overcrowding 2. There could be more packed breakfast options like pancakes and coffee 3. We killed a cockroach everyday of our stay
