Bright & spacious 5 bedroom home located in the heart of Collingwood. Walking distance to the waterfront, walking trails, local restaurants, grocery stores and only 6 mins away from Blue Mountain Village. The house features two separate living room spaces.
The beautiful open concept kitchen & living room has vaulted ceilings and lots of natural light. A perfect gathering place for families or multiple couples.
6 snowboards, boots for men, one canoe and two bicycles free of charge
The space
There are two TV sets on each floor.
We have Bell fiberoptic unlimited hi speed Internet so you may connect to Youtube or Netflix or any media app.
There is no central A/C, however on the second floor we use a wall mounted high efficient Daikin A/C unit, a lot of fans, each bedroom has own ventilator, and we have Central Air Exchange System for comfort. The main floor is build on a cement slab and usually stays cool. We DO NOT have basement at all so our house is dry and no moldy smells.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire home, back deck, BBQ and fully fenced yard. There is laundry facilities on site that you are welcome to use and parking for up to 4 cars in the driveway. Please note that there is no parking permitted on the street. For skiers: you may safely store your ski gear in our locked garage.
Other things to note
Quiet time is after 11pm. This means music is turned down and voices are kept low. This home is located on a quiet residential street and we require that our guests are respectful of our neighbors. By-law officers live next door so this is not a fit for playing beer-pong on the back deck... please pass by our place and proceed to the next listing...
